I was pleasantly surprised at just how excellent this service is. After booking online, someone called within a couple of hours and came round to inspect the next day and then the job was completed a week later. John Lewis customer service unable to help as have to wait for a different department to call back. I recently visited John Lewis Solihull to buy a TV. One of many visits over the years to purchase computers, phones and TV’s. The help and advice I have received has been very useful, especially on this recent visit when we were helped by a guy called Vishal.
